Designs are never perfect; nor are implementation schedules – and even less so when it comes to working spaces. The ratio for location changes within companies has gone from being virtually non-existent to being an essential statistic to be managed by those company management - and functionality and performance are expected. Changing facilities means lost productivity time for the organisation. The objective is to minimise the financial and social impact on the organisation.

It is normal for there to be time pressures when implementing projects and for there to be changes in specifications and design on all kinds of construction projects. The main difference with office projects is that implementation deadlines have to be kept to a minimum. This means that, in ensuring that quality levels and deadlines are met, the ability to react fast is essential, as is experience in implementing office projects.

In order to provide the maximum flexibility and agility, CADOR combines experience with a first-class construction methodology and structure.

We work on more than 200,000 square metres of office space across Spain every year. One of the key factors in our long-term relationships with customers is the service that we provide for their facilities in the years following the initial project.
